1. Validity
This quotation is valid for 30 days after quotation date
 
2. Trading term
The above prices are based on EXW
 
3. Terms of payment:
30 % advance payment on order by T/T, 70 % before shipping
Bank charges, taxes and other charges, which occur in the purchaser’s country, must be paid by purchaser.
 
4. Delivery time 
Machine shall be ready for shipping approx 20 working days after receiving of the advance payment .
Start of production, delivery and installation of the machine do not take place until payments are received by Questt. Any delivery delay associated with a delay in payment is not chargeable to Questt.
 
5. Retention of ownership
The delivered goods remain the property of Questt until all payments have been made.
