Just last week, we signed a big order for ten 200-watt laser cleaning machines. This is another million-dollar order after the solar production line.

Of course, this is inseparable from the unremitting efforts of our sales manager and other involved person. When customers purchased sample orders in the early stage, we spent nearly two months providing customers with various improvement plans. The eight waveforms alone were improved several times. The design of software is exclusively customized, and both parties have signed a confidentiality agreement and are not allowed to be used by third parties.

Every time our customer proposes a technical improvement plan, all of our personnel including our boss, technical director, production director, technical workers, sales director, sales manager, and salesperson will participate in it and carefully figure out the customer's intentions until the customer is satisfied.

The customer received the sample order and after using it, he was very satisfied with our product, so he ordered ten machines just last week.

This time we achieve good results, our goal is to move to other products, such as high power as 300 watt and 500 watt pulse laser cleaning machines, because we found that their company has other high power machines, and even recommends laser welding machine, cutting machine, we believe that in the near future, we will have further and deeper cooperation.
