Fiber Laser welding is a system through the fiber optic cable transmission. After the fiber optical transmission, the laser beam quality will be much better and suitable for precise laser welding.
It use high energe impulse laser to weld the material. It through laser power discharge to Xe lamp impulse to form light wave. The light wave radiate to Nd3+: YAG crystal through gather ray cavity, crystal send 1064nm im pulse laser through resonance, then it weld the materials through echo and focus.Commonly used in the jewelry industry this is known as jewelry laser spot welding.
