The main structure of the equipment: The equipment adopts a 3kW fiber laser (including fiber), a galvanometer laser processing head, a three-axis sliding table, a dual-temperature water chiller, a control system, and a fiber support.
Three-axis sliding table
The equipment adopts a high-precision three-axis (X, Y, Z) movable sliding table, and the positioning accuracy of the XYZ axis is ±0.06mm, which meets the needs of laser processing technology. The laser processing head is installed at the front end of the Y-axis of the movable sliding table to ensure that the laser processing head can operate independently in three directions. The main body of the movable sliding table is aluminum profile, and the transmission method adopts a screw rod and a linear slide rail. The three-axis transmission modules are all equipped with protection mechanisms, and all three-axis are equipped with limit and zero return.

Dual temperature chiller
The laser is equipped with a separate chiller. The chiller is dual-temperature. Low-temperature water is used to cool the laser. Normal temperature water is used to cool the optical head. The temperature is adjustable to ensure the normal operation of the laser and laser processing head.
